They seem a little up tight ,not greeting the customer ,no Smile unorganized my first visit probably my last.

I've never had anyone be unfriendly either. Maybe you caught someone on a bad day? That being said they aren't overly fake nice like Starbucks where they act like you are their long lost sister or brother returned from being lost for 5 years but they aren't rude either.
